My name is Laura Johnson

I’m a business professional with a background in leadership, operations, and training, combined with years of theater and improv experience. I created Success... Off Script to help individuals and teams build practical skills in a way that’s engaging, grounded, and actually useful in the real world.

I help people navigate business, career, and personal goals with clarity and confidence. My approach blends strategic thinking with real-world experience, plus a healthy dose of improv-inspired fun. It's not about being a comedian. It's about getting people thinking on their feet, loosening up rigid patterns, and using playful exercises to spark quicker problem-solving and more flexible communication.

Success isn't scripted, but with the right support, it can absolutely be intentional.
